Substrate type
Properly seasoned and treated cement and cement-lime plasters, concrete substrates and cement floors. Walls made of ceramic and silicate bricks and blocks as well as of cellular concrete blocks.

Substrate preparation
Substrate should be clean, stable and sound. New plaster work and concrete should be set and seasoned. Remove loose, peeling and old material of poor adhesion. Any chipped areas should be patched with ALPOL AZ 130 quick setting mortar or ALPOL AZ 135 levelling mortar. Treat the loose substrate with ALPOL AG 700 and ALPOL AG 703 deep penetrating primer to reduce absorption, if necessary

Instructions for use
Stir the bag contents manually or mechanically with specified amount of clean and cold water to bring the mixture to homogenous and required consistency. Allow 5 minutes and stir the prepared mix again. Apply the adhesive mix with a float or a putty knife and spread it with a notched trowel of appropriate notch size. Do not soak the tiles before fixing. Apply tiles and press them against the substrate. Position adjustment can be made within 10 minutes from fixing. Fix the tiles within max. 20 minutes from spreading adhesive on the substrate. There is no need to use tile spacers as the adhesive does not flow down (no slip). Use the adhesive within 3 hour from mixing with water. If the adhesive thickens in that period of time, stir it again without adding water. Adding too much water prolongs setting time and impairs all adhesive characteristics, such as: adhesion and slip. Unused hardening slurry cannot be mixed with water again. Throw it away.

Tools
Mixer or low-speed electric drill, basket mixer, notched trowel, putty knife.

Working conditions
Work in ambient temperatures between +5Ā°C and +30Ā°C. Do not add any other agents to the adhesive. Protect freshly applied adhesive from excessive drying and moisture.

Storage
Store in original, unopened packages in dry place ā€“ shelf life 12 months from production date. Protect from moisture during transport and storage.

Notes
The specifications and instructions for use are given for the temperature of (23Ā±2)Ā°C and relative air humidity of (50Ā±5)%. The workability may alter in different conditions. Becomes alkaline after mixing with water. Irritating to eyes and respiratory system. Appropriate eye, respiratory system and skin protection measures should be used. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Keep away from children. Use water to remove fresh dirt or ALPOL AI 770 cleaner to remove hardened dirt. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for damage caused by unskilful or inappropriate use of the product.
