Substrate type
Concrete walls or those made of gypsum, ceramic, silicate and cellular concrete components. Gypsum, cement, cement-lime, lime plasters and gypsum boards.

Substrate preparation
The substrate should be clean, stable and sound, not chipped and free from nicks and dust. Remove remains of paint and other contamination. Treat the loose substrate with ALPOL AG 700 deep penetrating primer and ALPOL AG 703 primer for absorbing substrates to additionally reduce absorption, if necessary. Degrease concrete substrates and increase their adhesion with ALPOL AG 702 plaster primer. Protect all steel components (frames, conduits, barriers etc.) from direct contact with gypsum, due to its corrosive action.

Instructions for use
Stir the bag contents manually or mechanically with specified amount of clean and cold water to bring the mixture to homogenous and required consistency. Always pour dry mix into the water. Allow 5 minutes and stir the prepared mix again. Spread the gypsum adhesive on prepared substrate using a stainless steel float, trowel or putty knife. Apply spots of adhesive on gypsum boards using a trowel or spread it with a notched trowel. Put and slightly press the board against the wall. The board position can be adjusted within 10 minutes from fixing. Use prepared mix within 30 minutes from mixing with water. Unused hardening mix cannot be mixed with water again. Throw it away.

Tools
Low-speed electric mixer, basket mixer, container for adhesive, stainless steel float, putty knife, trowel.

Working conditions
Work in ambient temperatures between +5Ā°C and +30Ā°C. Do not add any other agents. Use clean containers and tools for each mixing. Protect freshly applied adhesive from moisture.

Storage
Store in original, unopened packages in dry place ā€“ shelf life 9 months from production date. Protect from moisture during transport and storage.

Notes
The specifications and instructions for use are given for the temperature of (20Ā±2)Ā°C and relative air humidity of (65Ā±5)%. The workability may alter in different conditions. Appropriate eye, respiratory system and skin protection measures should be used. Becomes neutral after mixing with water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Keep away from children. Clean fresh stains with water. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for damage caused by unskilful or inappropriate use of the product.
